The HTC HD7 has a kickstand to show HD videos while you sit back and enjoy with added sound quality thanks to the Dolby Mobile and SRS surround sound also featured. You can make your own videos in High Definition (HD) with the 5 megapixel camera which is also able to snap great photos.
The handset runs the WIndows Phone OS 7 operating system which includes a Start screen with live tiles that can be customised to show up-to-date information such as new statuses on social networks like the integrated Facebook or Twitter, new text messages and more. The HTC Hub offers a variety of preloaded hubs including Weather, Stocks, Converter and other useful resources. More are available for download also, as are further applications and games for the phone.
The HD7 provides an internal storage of 8 gigabytes supported with 512 megabytes of read-only memory. The phone is powered by a 1 GHz processor and 576 megabytes of random access memory (RAM) respectively, allowing it to seamlessly run and switch between multiple applications. Connectivity includes Bluetooth 2.1 with Enhanced Data Rate (EDR) including the wireless stereo profile, A2DP along with Wi-Fi connectivity for fast internet, and a microUSB connector to sync with. Additionally, for audio a 3.5mm audio jack is present.
The handset has both integrated Facebook and Windows Live, and it is easy and quick to share photos on either with SkyDrive. You can also see photos from Facebook or IWindows Live instantly alongside photos from the in-built camera with the Pictures hub. Music and videos can be enjoyed with Music and Videos hub powered by Zune, which includes access to the radio. The 5 megapixel camera for photos and video recording has both auto focus and a dual LED flash. It also has built-in scenes and is Campbell of HD-quality (720 pixel resolution) video recording.
Gamers can play console-quality games through the Xbox Live integration also, while it is also possible to download and enjoy video titles and music tracks through the Zune service. The internal GPS receiver meanwhile, allows you to explore your surroundings and beyond with the integration of Bing Maps, poring directions also.
The HTC HD7 is a powerful handset featuring an impressive large 4.3 inch touch sensitive display with the Windows Phone OS 7 operating system powering you from one application to another and providing live updates with the customisable tiles on the Start screen.
