Water Cooling?

I have a gaming computer which includes a 8800gt video card. aside from it eating power it gets very hot and with my current power configuration i cant add more fans, and im worried that it might overheat or overheat something else in its proximity. so now im wondering if a water cooling unit would be the way to go. would it cover the video card? what type(s) are best? and what can i expect to pay for certain types? im very new to the water concept so elaborate if you can please, by all means write an essay if you need to.
