Can I connect a security camera without DVR?
I have two security cameras and two TVs. Can I just connect one camera to each TV through the cable plug on the back? One camera is a Dome camera and the other is an outdoor weather proof camera. I don’t know any exact info because this guy I know is giving them to me for free tomorrow.
You need a system to use the cameras many use a Internet connection to connect them that way your able to access them throughout the house on any computer, the TVs with connection to them and away from the home as well. A direct connect to my knowledge cant be done a DVR or a computer program can accomplish it without the DVR.
