remote security system solution,,,about CCTV system,,,Trans with Digital TV?

I would want to solve a problem:how to build a remote-access security system(CCTV SYSTEM) over a digital TV signal(usually a cable modem on terminal) ,,,,users can easily recieve the remote-video and control–PTZ etc through an ordernary digital televetion,or ordernary TV with Top-box.

I have seen devices for this purpose at Fry’s Electronics. You can get 4-channel video cards that will turn a computer into a security DVR that records multi-channels of video. They also have the ability to transmit the video over the Internet. So you can view your security video remotely by Internet.
