dome cctv camara wiring red and white?

i have a dome colour cctv camara the end of the wire is yellow and red and an earth which is for power supply and video

The yellow and red and an earth are usually for the video output, there should be an input socket for the 12v system, they don’t run on mains supply. Perhaps a name might help as to the make you have.
The camera could get its power from the unit at the video input source, just a thought, my wall type does.
