Lost property on bus route 12 of Brighton&Hove?

I lost a black camera bag on bus of Brighton & Hove from at 20:13pm, 16th June 2011. Here are some information:

We sat at the first row of upper deck. There was a CCTV could clearly check everything…
There are one flash, two lens and a brush in bag. afterwards, I checked many times with customer serivce and requested to check CCTV footage, but they replied the CCTV footage record had been taped over and suggested me to contact with police, but I am away from UK now.
If anyone can help me? Thanks so much…
