Help I forgot to turn off my Auto Focus before using my Lensbaby, is my camera damaged now?

I’ve heard you’re always supposed to turn off AF before using the lensbaby, but I was using my lensbaby composer today with my Nikon D90 and i forgot to turn off the AF (auto focus) before shooting.. the camera still took the pictures but does this mean i’ve damaged the camera or lens somehow now? i tried auto focus with my regular lens again since then and it seems to still work.. what can happen if i do this?

It shouldn’t have damaged either lens or camera. You would have heard a noise if the focus motor in the body was tearing itself apart.
